  • Soil reinforcement with the application of rubble and gravel;
  • Execution of reinforced concrete foundation slab, walls, columns, and roof slab;
  • Complete waterproofing of the basement;
  • Installation of metallic stairs;
  • Installation of a goods lifter;
  • Construction of a transition structure between the existing building and the new basement.
