We act as the technical partner of the owner, investor or general contractor, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors. From the first idea to start of operation, we provide integrated management and an overall view of the project.

Our EPCM model

  • Engineering. Studies, discipline design, detailed engineering, BIM and technical coordination.
  • Procurement. Tender preparation, bid analysis, supplier selection and contracting support.
  • Construction Management. Site management and coordination, supervision, planning, safety and quality.
  • Project Controls. Monitoring of costs, schedule, risks, progress and performance indicators.

The service is modular: you can hire the integrated solution or just engineering, procurement, construction management or project controls. We work directly with the investor or owner, and also with general contractors, EPC companies and industrial firms that need specialist support in project management and coordination.

  4. Construction management. Coordination of contractors, control of execution, quality, safety, costs and schedule.
  5. Commissioning and handover. Follow-up of tests and checks, final documentation and entry into operation.
